The Netherlands is ready to accept Saakashvili.
The Netherlands will accept the former Georgian President Saakashvili if he decides to leave Ukraine. This was on Friday, December 22, said Dutch Foreign Minister Halbe Zielstra, reports DW.
“He is married to a Dutch woman, and if he applies for a passport, under Dutch law, it’s possible,” Zaelstra told reporters in The Hague.
Recall, Saakashvili’s wife is a Dutch citizen Sandra Roelofs, they have two children.
