How to pass the line of demarcation in the ATO zone. Important nuances.
The most popular in the Donetsk region Kurakhovsky checkpoint (“Sector B”) is closed since June, after the situation worsens near Marinka. Therefore, until today to get into the occupied territory of the region and leave it officially it is possible only two points:
The positive moment of the current “seal” & ndash; absence of a binding of a pass to this or that sector. The main thing is that you should be approved in the electronic “Register of Permits for Movement of Persons in the Area of ATO” of the Security Service of Ukraine. And then you can cross the line of contact and through the checkpoint “Bugas”, and through the checkpoint “Zaitsevo”.
Preparing for the exit.
As early as November 112.ua published the basic nuances of passing checkpoints & ndash; see the Instruction for the passage of checkpoints in the ATO zone for dummies (preparation of documents, phones, trunks, how to respond to non-standard and unsettling questions, etc.). Today this process is longer in time, but easier in terms of security. Nevertheless, before going abroad, go on the main points indicated in the November material.
As we drove from Karlo-Marxovo to Gorlovka (on the right & ndash; the corresponding stele, on the left & ndash; gas station), keep going along the street. Gorlovka division, until its very end. The main thing is not to miss the turn on the street. Kuznetsova-Zubareva (reference point & left, the remains of the once large wholesale market).
If further on the right side you will have a city hospital with a noticeable inscription on the building of the “Polyclinic”, and on the left is stretched by the time-consuming and firing machine plant, then you are moving correctly. Then you drive to the bridge & ndash; and further on the street. Marshal Peresypkin. Next landmark on the right & ndash; not working supermarket “Amstor” with a bright sign “Comfy”. Here the fork, you & ndash; straight and straight. As you reach the stele-pointer TsOF “Uzlovskaya”, turn to the left & ndash; on the street. Boris Makuhi. Drive through the “Nikitovsky market.”
After the bridge you will pass the checkpoint “DNR”. Basically, when you leave the territory of the “republic”, they do not particularly look here, the maximum is & ndash; will be asked to produce documents. If you enter, then the trunk will be checked, and personal items can be viewed, and a ticket for entry will be filled.
If the cabin has a child under 2 years old, a pregnant woman, a disabled person, an old man for 80 or a person with acute pain, then your car falls into the category of “beneficiaries”. You can safely go forward: at all Ukrainian roadblocks there are two lines running & ndash; preferential and usual. In the main, one concessionary car is passed through five privates.
As soon as garbage cans begin to appear along the route, it means that you have 40-50 minutes to go to the checkpoint. There were biotoilets and points with free drinking water & ndash; wait for 20-30 minutes.
Directly at the checkpoint “Zaitsevo” inspection is more thorough, but already worked out and therefore does not take more than 10 minutes. If they take away their passports to break through the electronic database, the process is stretched to half an hour. (But, if you are not in the “Register of permits for movement in the ATU zone,” then all 3-4 hours spent in the queue are a waste). After a successful passage of all procedures at the checkpoint “Zaitsevo” you give your coupon, which was received in Majororsk, and oh, happiness, & ndash; freely you can keep going further in Ukraine.
Then you queue in about 200 of the same passengers and wait for the municipal bus. Between the checkpoint Zaitsevo and the Mayors checkpoint, 2-3 such buses are circulating. The travel costs 25-30 UAH, depending on the transport capacity.
We crossed the entrance area, on the other hand you are waiting for a lot of minibuses and docking buses that will take you to the necessary city. The way “Mallors” & ndash; “Zaitsevo” (up to 8 km) can be walked on foot, but there are no such wanters.
Also at checkpoints there are on duty up to ten private cars that are ready to take between the roadblocks for 100-150 UAH per person instead of the municipal bus.
Most of these cars have stickers that “drive a disabled person” (points to the “privilege”, by which he jogs back and forth without a queue).
Directions without transfer. According to the latest rules of the SBU, the line of demarcation can be crossed by passenger transport up to 8 seats. And in this case, in the favor of the minivans offering travel without interchange between the cities of controlled and uncontrolled territories. For example, the cost of “Donetsk & Slavyansk” with a transfer at roadblocks is 250 UAH, and without a transfer, & ndash; 350 UAH. The journey time with a transfer will take about 5 hours, without a transfer (minivan is in the preferential queue) & ndash; 6-7 hours. In peacetime, the route by car on the route “Donetsk Slavyansk” took up to 2 hours, on a public bus with all stops it was possible to get there in 3.5 hours. But it, alas, while in the vulgar.
Who benefits to go through the checkpoint “Bugas”, so this benefits. In principle, as well as through the checkpoint “Zaitsevo”. Therefore, today in Donetsk familiar with children under 2 years old & ndash; “on weight of gold”, and mothers have to get children’s payments, and in Ukrainian professional medical centers to consult, and the driver with other fellow travelers in the benefit of ” without a queue passing by.
