Astana moving to permanent residence h1>
I’m sick, I can not keep silent about life in Astana!
So, my list of reasons why it is not worth living in Astana:
1. Scary overrated city! Prices for apartments go up to 70% of the prices in Paris, Berlin and other European capitals. Think about it! Some small city is less than a million, in the middle of the steppe has “ambitions” at the level of Paris, and does not do anything to match.
On the other hand, what can Astana offer? Idiotic show-offs from scratch? There are no big events here, cultural life is at zero, except for the sad state holidays.
Parents advise me to buy an apartment in a mortgage in Astana, to which my answer is x ** shki. My explanation: the price of the apartment laid all the kickbacks, which give the construction of numerous LCDs. In the end, these bribes will be included in the cost of an apartment for ordinary people, and for this we pay! For all the bribes that developers give officials, for commissions, taxes, invented by officials – the common people pay at the end. Why should I pay for this kennel at such expensive prices ?! Not the fact that the developer will not run away with your money over the hill!
2. Recently went to a taxi and the driver told me that there is a special park at the station for driving, LIVING in their cars! It’s just a shock!
IMHO, 40% of the city – visitors who do not care at all and they feed the family.
3. A terrible climate and wind, from which there is no escape. Having lived in this city for almost a year, I understand that Astana is only a transit point, a transit to better places.
Astana is such a money city where all officials gathered and silently sliced the budget, grow a business for their numerous tribal larvae, accumulate money and send themselves and their larvae abroad to a good life.
4. Well, the last, but also important. The same fellow taxi driver told me a curious thing:
“Yes, here in Astana and with friends it’s difficult.” Everyone strives to gain something from others and from each one. ”
Already young after the first months understand how much money means in the capital. And I have to agree with him! Our Cossack capitalism, combined with the bureaucracy, makes everyone the most “efficient” and mercenary, I admit that I myself have become the same.
Graduation in earnings is especially visible even at the initial stage among the young. With you will communicate, if you are promising, by car (you can drive, if necessary) and profitable in general.
I did not reveal anything new, just once again highlighted the old problems. And here it will always be so.
But there are places where people live and do not survive ?!

It is interesting, but in Almaty, except for trade and food industry, is anything else developed?
